Welcome to All Veterans Glass. By booking or receiving our services, or by opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
 

1. Services Provided

  • We provide mobile and in-shop auto glass repair, replacement, and recalibration services.
  • Service availability depends on vehicle type, glass availability, and weather conditions.
 

2. Estimates & Pricing

  • Quotes are based on the information provided at booking and may change if additional work or materials are required.
  • Final pricing is confirmed before services are performed.
 

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved insurance claims.
  • Any portion not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
 

4. Insurance Claims

  • Customers authorizing insurance billing agree they are responsible for any portion not covered by their provider.
  • We are not liable for claim denials or processing delays.
 

5. Warranty

  • We provide a limited lifetime warranty on workmanship and installation for the life of the vehicle.
  • Manufacturer defects are covered by the glass supplier; damage caused by accidents, misuse, or environmental conditions is not covered.
 

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, rust, or hidden issues that may cause fitment or calibration challenges.
  • Calibrations are performed to manufacturer standards, but we are not liable for accidents or losses after service completion.
 

7. Communications (SMS & Email)

  • By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS or email messages regarding your appointment, service reminders, or promotions.
  • Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
  • To opt out, text STOP to any SMS or follow unsubscribe links in emails. To get help, reply HELP or contact us directly.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
 

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
