He was very knowledgeable and explained the work he did on the windshield and made sure we inspected it and were pleased with his work. "Tom is extremely kind and professional. He and another tech, Alan were able to fix my windshield at my office. They called and scheduled my appointment at my convenience. I was busy the day they came but they called a couple of hours in advance. I left my door unlocked and they fixed my windshield, locked up my vehicle and sent me a text message to let me know it was good. They were patient with my insurance who was paying the claim.
